Dance as a Healing art

Angelique uses her passion for dance to inspire and empower. She has set up an award winning Bollywood dance company (D-Style Dance) to teach Indian dance to kids teens and adults. She teaches Bollywood in many different styles from traditional to semi classical, authentic Bollywood and street dance styles. She also uses dance to promote women’s fitness of body and mind with Bollywood fitness and international dance styles through Zumba. Angelique’s dance background is in Kathak, Bollywood and Street dance, she is an accomplished dancer, teacher and choreographer and has participated at many high profile events and competitions. She is also a highly qualified dance fitness instructor with ETM and Zumba advanced qualifications. She has made dance inclusive to everyone, setting up dance classes for autistic adults, over 60s and those suffering from various conditions. She is a #ThisGirlCan ambassador and has won numerous awards for her work in the community. She dances to inspire and empower.
