 Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Dr Sunil Gupta is a Consultant haemato-oncologist based at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust in South London.
He trained with few of the best institutes in the World, namely; Kings College Hospital London, Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney Australia, National University Hospital (NUH) Singapore and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, India. Dr Gupta is currently leading the clinical research division in haematology in his trust and has been principal investigator of 10 national and commercial clinical trials. 
Sunil is a trained and certified Yoga teacher by Patanjali YogaPeeth. Sunil founded a yoga centre – Healthy Living Yogashram  in 2017 and runs weekly yoga classes in the Bromley area of South London 
Sunil is associated with Jan Swasthay Sehyog ( JSS) – a low-cost health service running in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh. He regularly  helps the organisation academically and financially   
Sunil was invited to deliver a lecture in the parliament on the topic of the scarcity of stem cell donors amongst BAME group in 2018

Nitin has been in the business from a very young age and his first business was a Crisps business – “Super Crunch” in 1978 and moving on from there to running a Lebanese Restaurant in 1981 to 1984.

Since 1984 he has been operating a Tour Operator business running more than 60 Busses/coaches in London and carrying over 1.5 million passengers a year. In the UK, the company employs 230 staff.

He has a first-hand experience in how the COVID 19 impacts businesses, the employees, and its forward planning

He will share with us on Sunday how he has dealt with the impact and how he believes it will affect the future of the Tourism Industry in the UK. It is worth while noting that Tourism employs the highest number of staff in the UK and London is worlds 4th largest tourist destination.

Experienced with more than 30 years of research on pharmacological and models with various Ayurvedic plants and mineral drugs in the field of diabetes mellitus, wound healing, anaemia, stress disorders, etc. Acted as Principal Investigators of various projects sponsored by CSIR, ICMR, pharmaceutical companies of home and abroad. Guided three PhD thesis and four MD students. Attached at J. B. Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, India as Professor and Head, Department of Kayachikitsa (Medicine) since 2001.

Bhik graduated from Cardiff in 1984 and started his training in ENT in Manchester as an SHO and a Registrar. He then moved to Sussex University to complete my M.Phil. thesis on Ototoxicity before joining Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital as a Senior Registrar. Bhik was appointed as an ENT Consultant in 1995 and have helped in establishing the Sleep disorder Unit at RNTNEH. In 2004, they were awarded the Hospital Doctor Team of the Year award for Sleep Medicine.

Bhik an examiner for MRCS at Royal College of Surgeons of England and an assistant Editor for Journal of Laryngology and Otology.  He is the immediate past president of the Sleep Medicine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine(2009-2011).

 Covid rescue and Flying Tips 

Captain Swati Raval, Commander-Air India, was part of the first Rome rescue Flight which brought back 263 stranded Indian from Italy which then was the center of the pandemic on 22nd March 2020.

Swati, who reportedly became the first Indian female civil pilot to undertake a rescue mission during this Covid 19 pandemic, is Born and brought up in a small town, Bhavnagar Gujarat. Swati joined Air India in 2004. She is a mother of two and currently based out of Delhi. Serving as a Commander in Air India since 2013.

In fulfilling one of her wish to help out the needy one in this crisis time she with the support of the family have been giving out meals to the quarantine families in surroundings as a small piece of gratitude to humanity. She in the process of starting an NGO “Hello Humanity” to extend all help possible.

Dr Bharat Pankhania has widespread experience of advising on national communicable disease control action plans at national and international level. As a senior Consultant in Communicable Disease Control,

Dr Pankhania coordinated complex and very sensitive look back exercises, where there had been laboratory errors or hospital exposure of patients to infections, these are major national exercises and very sensitive operations. 

Dr Pankhania’s experience includes: 

Pandemic Influenza outbreak planning and major plan testing exercises: Development of a web-based surveillance system for recording the first 500 plus cases of a pandemic, to quickly understand the new virus and thus better implement control measures. He was the local Lead for Pandemic Influenza planning at Public Health England and became the reference point for outbreak planning, testing systems and control strategies. 

Ebola and SARS: Dr Pankhania was immersed in and contributed to the Ebola and SARS surveillance and control methodologies, specialist screening methods at ports of entry.

Dr Pankhania has worked in Public Health Medicine for over 25 years, he feels better health is often derived by a better-informed population, able to make their own judgements and decisions. TheTherefore,ucation is the main empowering agent for better health.

Jiten works nationally, across the UK and internationally, helping clients with consciously inclusive leadership, and developing organizationally inclusive culture/change, through coaching, strategic planning events, training & facilitating, policy & process development, and all aspects of the employee life-cycle. This has been particularly relevant for the Covid19 pandemic, where all businesses and people have been affected by the virus and by the enforced global lockdown. We all have had to adapt to new and different ways of working and socialising, and, more importantly dealing with illness and bereavement.
His work has earned him several awards, including the Diversity Champion (Education Sector) in 2015 and the Highly Commended Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the 2016 and 2017 UK Inclusive Company Awards.
Jiten’s first book, Demystifying Diversity (co-authored by Gamiel Yafai), was published in 2016, with an expanded second edition and a new Afterword, specifically dealing with the impact of the Covid19 related lockdown will launch on 21st July 2020.
