To promote happier, peaceful, healthier and inspired global communities by delivering engaging, multi-cultural edutainment that inspires, educates and uplifts.
About the show
What is Healing Our Earth?
Healing Our Earth is a free online show run by volunteers. Since April 2020 it has gone out live every Sunday at 2pm UK time, on YouTube and on this website, and more than 350 episodes are online to watch again.
Each episode brings together doctors, practitioners, teachers, cooks, singers and community voices from the UK, India, East Africa, Mauritius, the USA and other countries. Topics follow the year: wellbeing and mental health, Ayurveda, yoga and meditation, vegetarian cooking, health awareness days, and festivals such as Navratri and Diwali.
Everything is free and needs no registration. The show shares traditions, personal experience and general information; it is not a medical service. Anyone can take part as a speaker, a volunteer or a partner organisation, and viewers can ask questions in the live chat. Past episodes are grouped into 13 series, so you can start with the topic that interests you.
