Healthy for Life
Carla has been in practice for over 30 years. She worked in the technical team of a leading supplement manufacturer for 10 years. She also went to Indonesia to work in a high end spa in Bali for two years working internationally with individuals to help them improve their health. Now Carla continues one to one consultations to help people regain their health and balance. She holds a qualification from The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and a post-graduate degree from The London College of Naturopathic Medicine. It never ceases to amaze her what big changes can happen through dietary improvements streamlined for a specific individual. The natural state of the human body is wellness. Our bodies are built from, fuelled by and repaired by food. What we eat affects every cell and system in our body, such as ageing, hormonal problems, diabetes, heart disease and many other health problems. Good nutrition regulates the body. In fact it is really quite simple. People only need direction ( from a qualified nutritionist/naturopath ) and the will to help themselves.
