Sarita is the Managing Director of Inndus, a printing company based in Elstree. Prior to that, she ran a training business which followed a career in the travel sector. 

Sarita is a NLP Master Practitioner & started her spiritual journey several years ago when she joined the Art of living foundation (AOL) & is now an AOL teacher who conducts various wellbeing  courses including breathing techniques, meditation & yoga.

Pujya Yogvivekdas Swami

         Understanding Guru Purnima 

Originally from Leicester, Yogvivekdas Swami completed a degree in Medicine and practiced as a doctor before being initiated as a sadhu by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj in 1992.

He spent the next six years in India undertaking a deep study of Hindu scriptures, Swaminarayan literature and philosophy.

He is the Head Sadhu at the Neasden Temple and has been leading BAPS activities in Europe for the last twenty years. He is a leading and respected Hindu figure across the continent. Currently, he is managing the voluntary effort by BAPS in the wake of the global coronavirus pandemic.

Alongside these administrative duties, he has spoken and written extensively on Hindu teachings and values.

Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Mohanji has dedicated his life towards the earth and the service of all beings, with the conviction that the world should be a better place because we have lived here.
He has a global following and his message of unconditional love and selfless service is expressed through Mohanji Foundations, Act4Hunger, Early Birds Club, Ammucare and ACT Foundations which are conducting humanitarian activities globally.
Mohanji believes that; “The best religion for human beings is humanity” and the best practice is Ahimsa or non-violence in thought, word, or action. He promotes the positive human qualities of kindness and compassion.

Dr. Ramesh Pattni

Dr Ramesh  Pattni 

Dr Ramesh Pattni is a psychologist and a Hindu theologian whose research is in the intersection of these traditions. He has deep interest in presenting the psychological concepts, tools and techniques of the ancient traditions in today’s world for mental well-being. He obtained a doctorate from the University of Oxford, Faculty of Theology and Religion, based on his research into Patanjali’s text on Classical Yoga – the Yogasūtra and Western Positive Psychology, comparing the phenomenology of Flow and altered states of consciousness experienced in the meditation of Samadhi. He also has three master’s degrees in psychology, psychology of religion, and study of religion.

Gauranga Sundara Das

Gauranga Sundara Das

Gauranga Sundara Das was born in 1950 in Germany. He joined  the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in 1975 in Germany and met his spiritual master A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1976 in France. He worked as teacher at the New Mayapur Gurukula farm project in France, after which he moved to the UK. There he served as president at the local Hare Krishna temple. He now heads the Hare Krishna Centre for Vedic Studies in Leicester. He is a spiritual teacher, guide and councillor as well as a keen musician and bhajan singer.

She is also the recipient of India’s prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award for Anchor par excellence. Another compelling string to her bow is her talent in Folk Dance. Having won 18 consecutive Folk Dance titles in India and America Simran has also been India’s Cultural Ambassador of Folk Dance.

On the auspicious occassion of Guru Purmina, Dhruv Chhatralia BEM will discuss with Eve Mendoza and Dr Melissa Kapoor the Science and Symbolism of Shiva and Vishnu, and how their Shakti, Mantras and Wisdom will prove essential for healing our world and humanity during the current circumstances and in the coming future. 
This conversation will explore the importance of a Guru and how a Guru is regarded as a form of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. It will discuss will explore the concept of a Guru and the importance of protecting Dharma both in our individual lives and in the collective conscious of humanity through the teachings of Gurus as declared in the Ramayan, Shrimad Bhagavatam, Mahabharata and Shiva Purana.
