Seema was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Her culinary interests developed at an early age founded on a family food business. Extensive travels in Africa, India and South East Asia have allowed her to follow her culinary passion and grow her knowledge on the effects of food on the mind and body. Using secret skills handed down from grandmother to granddaughter with the belief that you are what you eat she draws from the ancient practices of Ayurveda and Mayan wisdom, curating healing spice blends, immunity enhancing yogic teas, self care prescriptions and other wellbeing foods. Ones thought process and method breathing  can positively or negatively impact ones mental and physical health. Seema is a qualified Breath, Water & Sound teacher with The Art of Living.
Her intertwine of diet, breath work, meditation and self care prescriptions nourish the mind, body and soul and put one on a journey of greater wellbeing allowing one to live their  life to the fullest. Seema has successfully shared her skills and knowledge with corporates and individuals over many years in Hong Kong and Singapore and is now based in Oxford.
Seema  is passionate about  music and dance and she enjoys producing and hosting kitchen episodes.

Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Medha is the co-founder of Arsha Samyoga School of Yoga and Vedanta. She has completed her 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training. She has completed her Master’s degree with Distinction in Yoga. She worked for over 1 year at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore (NIMHANS), as a yoga therapist, offering yoga classes for patients with psychiatric issues.
She has completed several Advaita Vedanta texts under Acharya Ravi Easwaran ji and is currently studying the Upanishads.

Shivani Attri hails from Himachal Pradesh and is now residing in Dubai. She has a bachelor of science degree. Having worked in Aviation initially and aspiring to become a Pilot, she attained Pilot License, but as destiny would have it, she got fully involved in the pursuit of Vedanta and became a full-fledged Yoga and Vedanta teacher after acquiring Advanced Teacher’s Training from Sivananda Ashram.
She is taking online classes, teaching Vedanta and Bhagavadgita, and has to her credit for successful completion of more over 1,000 webinars on Vedantic teachings.

Deepti is fluent in Hindi, Sanskrit, English and Arabic and used to be the physics head of department in Cairo. She has been a resident of Egypt for over 20 years. 
She has published her papers on various international platforms (including South Africa / India).
Being a mathematician and science enthusiast she has regularly been  invited as a public speaker  in Universities and on Egyptian National TV.

Sharron Rose, MA, Ed, winner of the Filmmaker of the Year Award from the 20th World Congress on Qigong, Tai Chi TCM, Daoism and Natural Healing, is the director/ producer of the forthcoming documentary series, Quantum Qi: The Taoist Art of Nurturing Life. 
 
As a recipient of a Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship and grant from the American Institute of Indian Studies to conduct extensive research into the art, culture and spiritual traditions of North India, she became the first American disciple of Kathak Queen and early Bollywood star, Sitara Devi.
 
Sharron has lectured, performed and presented her films in numerous universities, spiritual centers, cultural organizations and museums and was a consultant to the National Endowment for the Arts. She is the author of The Path of the Priestess: A Guidebook for Awakening the Divine Feminine. and is currently completing a cd, The Nectar of Bliss dedicated to the healing power of the Divine Feminine in cultures throughout the world.

Homage to the Guru: Sitara Devi and the Benares Lineage

Antonia Minnecola is a Kathak dancer, the disciple of India’s celebrated dancer/filmstar/personality/legend Sitara Devi, with whom she studied for nearly three decades, originally under the auspices of two American Institute of Indian Studies Fellowships. 
Antonia has appeared in major festivals and tours worldwide, including the Bay Area’s Other Minds Festival, Stanford Lively Arts, SF Ethnic Dance Festival, SF Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, the Auckland Festival, Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, and Morocco’s Sacred Music Festival. Twice a recipient of the Marin Arts Council Individual Artist Grant for Choreography, she has employed the Kathak style to present contemporary dance works, often collaborating with artists of different genres. As a soloist, she is often accompanied by tabla virtuoso Zakir Hussain, and appears with his touring ensemble “Masters of Percussion”.

Daniel Christensen (Prakriti Das)

Daniel Christensen (Prakriti Das) started studying drumset in 1978, with private lessons from Cary Nasatir in Oakland California and then graduated from the Percussion Institute of Technology in 1982. In 2014, he went to South Asia for the first time to continue his music studies after 22 years as a small-time drumset player and 14 years as a small-time tabla player.  As he walked the ghats of the Ganges river in Banaras, India, people used to ask him what his profession was. 
 He had had many music teachers and mentors along the way and many yet to come. ..  Shashanka Bakshi, Shanti Shivani, Sharron Rose, Shyam Kumar Mishra, Homnath Upadhyay and Achyut Ram Bhandari.  Now he spends his time sometimes in Kathmandu with his Nepali wife and sometimes in a cottage in Hawaii, practicing and playing.
