Sarita is a NLP Master Practitioner & started her spiritual journey several years ago when she joined the Art of living foundation (AOL) & is now an AOL teacher who conducts various wellbeing courses including breathing techniques, meditation & yoga.

Sister Sujata Rathi is a Certified Health, Dietician and Nutrition Expert. She is also certified as a professional Fitness Advisor and Trainer. Sujata is a graduate from Pune University with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Home Science Degree. She is a certified Fitness Consultant and Yoga Trainer. Currently, she co-ordinates the Wellness Centre at The Global Hospital and Research Centre in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, and has been a Dietician and Fitness Advisor there for over twenty-five years.
She has performed mass exercises in India and abroad. She also designs Lifestyle Intervention Programmes for Coronary Artery Diseases, Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, Hypertension and Asthma. Programmes are based on diet, exercise and pranayama regimes. Sister Sujata has also been honoured with awards like ‘Nari Shakti Award’ and ‘Suryadatta National Award’ for Excellence in the field of Health & Research.
She shall be speaking today on how to live a ‘Divine Graceful Life’. Along with her enlightening words of wisdom, she shall also be making us do some exercises like pranayama, breathing, stretching etc.

Born in Sri Lanka, made in London…..graduating in Law, Ren worked as a banking Solicitor in the City. In that highly complex environment, she learnt the importance of focus and concentration. After 11 years she left to re-establish her health and well-being, and is now using what she learned to help others.
Ren has since led a very full life. She’s an experienced Ashtanga yoga practitioner, teaching chair yoga at MIND. A keen Mindfullness and Vipassana meditator. When she’s not yoga’ing or meditating, she’s ballroom dancing or creating new delicious vegan recipes.
Through yoga, Ren focuses on taming an unruly mind, with the precision of a surgeon’s knife. Using tried & tested techniques, she ensures each student is self-sufficient & able to conjure up the memory of her classes whenever & wherever they are.

She has written and produced several Values Based, teaching and learning resources materials /posters /brochures manuals / books and CDs/short movie and TV clips.
Gayeetree has actively coordinated the UN-Habitat Training Workshops during the SIDS conference in 2005 in Mauritius. Seema was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. A family in the food business and extensive travel in Africa, India and South East Asia have allowed her to follow her passion and grow her knowledge on breath work, meditation and the effects of food on the body and mind as a whole.
Seema was drawn to meditation at a very age and experienced several schools of thought including siddha-yoga and Mayan practices. Seema’s present-day mediation is focused around the teachings of Sri Sri Ravishankar and the Art of Living. She attempts to bring the joy and benefits of these practices to the wider community, through live demonstrations and online classes, as a Breath, Water, Sound teacher and by teaching simple meditation techniques to improve the quality of your life.

Kalpana Doshi is a Laughter Yoga leader based in London with over nine years’ experience. She qualified from the Dr Kataria School of Laughter Yoga in 2012 and has since established her own company entitled Spirit Laughter.
She delivers sessions centered around laughter yoga, guided meditation and breathing exercises, for corporate clients, communities, old people’s homes, voluntary organisations, private individuals, charities, health and wellbeing retreats and exclusive social events.
Some of Kalpana’s highlight sessions to date include, Diwali in Trafalgar Square (2019), Zee London Mela (2019), Corona Energy (2019), Haberdasher Aske’s Girls School (2020), Karuna Manor Care Home (2019) and Mantra Therapy/ Urban Spirituality’s wellbeing retreat (Tuscany, 2018).
Kalpana believes that the more you laugh, the more you are able to laugh at whatever life throws at you.
