Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

He also rewarded with State Award by the Governor of Rajasthan, Late Shri Murli Deora National Award, and most important one RSNA Best Resident Doctor Research Award Worldwide in 2017 at Chicago, USA. Apart from his work is he also actively involved in maintaining the Global Peace, Health & Development and demolition of Nuclear Arms, he also represented India at City of York, UK in 2017 and Kazakhstan in 2014 in World Congress International Physicians for Prevention of Nuclear War.

According to him being a cancer specialist, immune system of the body plays an important role in maintaining a healthy and long life. He always suggest many ways to boost our immunity to stay healthy and fight against minor illness. Sujata is a graduate from Pune University with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Home Science Degree. She is a certified Fitness Consultant and Yoga Trainer. Currently, she co-ordinates the Wellness Centre at The Global Hospital and Research Centre in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, and has been a Dietician and Fitness Advisor there for over twenty-five years.
She has performed mass exercises in India and abroad. She also designs Lifestyle Intervention Programmes for Coronary Artery Diseases, Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, Hypertension and Asthma. Programmes are based on diet, exercise and pranayama regimes. Sister Sujata has also been honoured with awards like ‘Nari Shakti Award’ and ‘Suryadatta National Award’ for Excellence in the field of Health & Research.

Dr Prabhu Rajendran, graduated from the prestigious institute of the ‘Madras Medical College’ in Tamilnadu, India and has been working in the NHS for the last 15 years. He has been trained in various internationally renowned teaching hospitals across the UK and holds a post-graduate certification in Paediatric Gastroenterology, from University College London (UCL). With his interest in Child health policies, he works with the ‘Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health’ as a “RCPCH Ambassador”.
Dr Rajendran is also closely associated with the Paediatric forum of the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO), which is the largest and most influential organisation for international medical graduates in UK helping overseas doctors in the UK to achieve professional excellence.

Dr Gupta is currently leading the clinical research division in haematology in his trust and has been principal investigator of 10 national and commercial clinical trials. 
Sunil is associated with Jan Swasthya Sehyog ( JSS) – a low-cost health service running in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh. He regularly  helps the organisation academically and financially

She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide, serous crime scenes, vehicles and exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence in court.

She is also the current deputy chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both her family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.

Qigong life energy for fitness, health and happiness

Thor has enjoyed the pure Icelandic nature from an early age. He is a business graduate with a master’s degree in management and strategy. For the past 12 years, he has studied, mentored, and taught Qigong. He is one of the authors of the only Icelandic Qigong book.

For over 5,000 years, the Chinese have been practicing Qigong exercises for health and healing. Qi (Chi) is the life force in everything, connected to heaven and earth. The exercises are based on special breathing, movements and meditation. Qigong life energy exercises are especially health-promoting because they open better the body’s energy pathways, release tension and nourish and strengthen every cell in the body. We strengthen the immune system and recover sooner after illness.

Today, Thor,  will give a short introduction to Icelandic Qigong exercises and we will do some exercises together. They build inner strength and increase positive emotions. As we have more inner energy and a stronger will, we can give more of ourselves to others. We stand better with all that is good and get everyone with us in “Healing our Earth”

Based in Chiswick, West London for almost 40 years, Dr Thakrar takes on GCSE students wanting to do medicine, offering them opportunities to undertake various work experience placements. He continues to offer placements to interested students. 

Dr Thakrar is also on various NHS and local medical committees which contribute to upholding the standard of care in the UK healthcare system. 

For the Healing our Earth session, he will discuss Type II Diabetes from a simplified and practical perspective for all to understand.
