Mamta has been practicing yoga for the last 20 years and teaching for 15 years. She has done various yoga teacher’s training course, in total 1100 hours.
She takes yoga classes, runs yoga retreats, and delivers a range of yoga workshops on various health related issues. She has been working for Patanjali Yog Peeth UK Trust for 14 years and has delivered workshops and yoga classes for the trust.
In 2013 her book, Awakening Chakra through Yoga Practice, co- authored by Claire Rodgers, was published.

Anandana embodies the spirit of the 21st century and personifies the woman of the modern and equal world- multi-faceted, talented, strong, decisive, independent, caring, and of course confident.
She has pursued excellence in sports and fitness by training to become a kickboxing champion in Mumbai district in 2017, cross-country rally in 2018, marathon running in 2019, and then becoming Hatha Yoga practitioner in 2019.
Anandana is an advanced Yogi and is a devoted student of Yoga herself. She believes Yoga has the power to shape the future and build character in children.

Vasanti was born and brought up in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a science geek and loves reading about health and anatomy right from childhood and has a passion for dancing and exercise. She has done over 200hrs of HathaRaja Yoga, 100hrs Pregnancy Yoga, 50hrs Yoga Anatomy. She did her training in the UK and is certified by Yoga Alliance.
Vasanti’s main aim is to teach students anatomically correct body engagement and alignment to prevent injuries, ensure strong and safe practice, and teach them how to understand and respect their own unique bodies.
Today she will be teaching full-body yoga to target all muscles.

Bre Wolfe uses plant medicine, asana, breath, and sound to help connect one more deeply to their own innate healing. Her restorative style of yoga centers around deep connection to self and the earth. She integrates long-held poses with breath and plant medicine to release deeply held energetic patterns that can keep one stuck physical and emotionally.
Bre also integrates Yoga Nidra with plant medicine for transformational healing. When she is not teaching or facilitating, you can find her exploring beaches, waterfalls, and jungles in Maui, Hawaii. She is a certified psychedelic therapist, RYT 500 yoga teacher, Certified Professional Integrative Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and IAM Yoga Nidra Facilitator.
