Having moved back to India, she has dived into her roots by learning about the health benefits of using naturopathic and Ayurvedic teachings to keep herself healthy through clean and conscious eating. Incorporating plants, healing herbs, fasting and intuitive eating has helped her improve the quality of her life tremendously, and she shares her experiences not only through her social media page @plantbite_ , but also through her new project Windsong Wellness Retreat, a space where she has carefully curated wellness programmes targeted towards holistic living and sustainabile long term wellness.
After healing her autoimmune eczema through her gut cleansing eating and lifestyle habits, she encourages others to also live a life of mindfulness and believes that a life of quality is something everyone deserves to have.
