Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Manoj started yoga practice at the young age of 8 under his grandparent’s tutelage. During his teenage years, he completed the Sivananda School’s International Yoga Vedanta Teacher Training.
In his twenties until his early thirties, he routinely engaged and trained under Shri Patabbhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar.
Manoj along with his wife Sandhya conceptualized Manasa Yoga as a specific style of yoga, focussed on enhancing mind-body awareness, and started teaching it in Malaysia from 2000 onwards. He has been conducting yoga workshops and teacher training programs twice annually since its inception. He is author of two books- ‘celebration of asanas’ and ‘Making patanjali palatable’.

Suresh was born in Kenya. He Studied at Makerere University in Uganda. He Came to UK in 1973 and in 1977 was transferred to Leicester as Head of Pension Department with Norwich Union, now known as AVIVA. In 1979 he became first coloured Inspector in UK. Suresh looked after 120 advisors. After his success, other companies started recruiting staff from Ethnic Minorities.
Suresh started his own business as Arpan in 1983, acting as an Independent Financial Advisor. He retired in 2016. He was a District Governor for Lions International in 2007 for District 105M, mainly Midlands. He received numerous awards in Lionism for humanitarian activities including Melwyn Jones Award, (10 diamond pins), Burt Mason Award. Reiki Master, Vortex Healer, Kriya Yoga teacher, since 2000.
Suresh was chairman for Leicester Banks Sports Club. He set up Kriya Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, in 2010. He practices Cosmic Astrology introduced by Sri Yuketeshwar, one of the Kriya Masters.
