Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.
Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Starting his career with the Oberoi Group of Hotels in India, Chef Nishant moved to Dubai, as part of the pre-opening team of the gorgeous Madinat Jumeirah in their 3 speciality restaurants: Pierchic, Sagreto and Khaymat Al Bahar.
His belief in combining the culinary arts with sustainable practice earned him a coveted place for undergoing training at the John Folse Culinary Institute in Louisiana, USA! Amongst many many accolades, Chef Nishant won the Gold medal at Aahar in the Innovation Category!
Nishant has hosted successful pop ups based on progressive Indian cuisine worldwide: in countries like Japan, Canada, South Africa, Kenya, and Spain! And recently, at a special event, he was even invited to cook for the President of Montengro!
And in Japan, the most recent 5 star Street-food sensation is “Tokyo Mithaiwala” which is the brainchild of Chef Nishant!

Renowned culinary talent Anirudh Arora was born and brought up in Delhi. Following his graduation, he was headhunted by Oberoi Hotels, going on to work with them for five years, the youngest Indian chef in that huge empire.
During this time he opened a number of restaurants for the company.
Anirudh Moved to London in 2003. Credited with bringing Indian street food into the world of fine dining, renowned chef Anirudh Arora is the creator of hugely successful restaurant brand Hankies. Following openings on Shaftesbury Avenue and in Marble Arch, his most ambitious project, Hankies Haymarket, opened in spring 2020.
Ani also offered visitors to last year’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland something totally different with his acclaimed pop up, Cedar & Spruce Bar + Kitchen.
In addition, the last few years have seen him cater for a number of private individuals as well as prestigious events such as the Hero World Challenge at Albany, Bahamas (hosted by Tiger Woods) and the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum at Davos.
Ani has also worked for other significant overseas venues such as the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and Le Palais Rhoul and Spa, Marrakech. Corporate clients meanwhile include the Hotel Nira Alpina in St Moritz; Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and the Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa in Mauritius.

Meena Trivedy is a singer, performer and a music teacher. Meena was born in Gujarat and was brought up in South India. Her first stage performance was at the age of 4 and she has never looked back since then. In 1987 Meena came to the UK and started taking formal training in classical music at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, where she passed all her exams with distinction throughout.
Meena has performed in many prestigious venues including O2 and Royal Albert Hall. She also appeared in TV shows and Radio interviews.
Meena has been a dedicated music teacher for the past 15 years and has many students learning under her umbrella. She is a versatile singer and specialises in Bollywood songs, Bhajans, Ghazals, Garba, Lagna Geet, Sanji and of course classical music. She has performed throughout UK and several countries abroad.

Seema was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Her culinary interests developed at an early age founded on a family food business. Extensive travel in Africa, India and South East Asia have allowed her to follow her culinary passion and grow her knowledge on the effects of food on the mind and body. Using secret skills handed down from grandmother to granddaughter and drawing from the ancient practices of Ayurveda and Mayan wisdom, Seema has been able to curate healing spice blends, immunity enhancing yogic teas, self care prescriptions and other wellbeing foods and beverages. Her philosophy is simple – you are what you eat . Your thought process and the way in which you breathe can positively or negatively impact your mental and physical health. Seema’s intertwine of diet, breathwork and meditation exercises nourish the mind, body and soul and put you on a journey of greater wellbeing allowing you to live your life to its fullest potential. Seema has successfully shared her skills and knowledge with corporates and individuals over many years in Hong Kong and Singapore and is now based in Oxford.

She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide, serous crime scenes, vehicles and exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence in court.
She is also the current deputy chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both her family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.

Jyoti Shah started The Veggie Kitchen in 2002 and continues to offer pure vegetarian cookery courses in Stanmore, London. Jyoti is an established cooking instructor having run well over a 1000 classes, she has come across hundreds of fantastic students.
Jyoti offers courses that specialise in Indian cuisines as well as Thai, Chinese, Italian and many more. These courses are for everyone from beginners through to accomplished home cooks, where they learn vegetarian recipes that provide inspiration and ideas that are easily achievable in their own kitchen with the emphasis on simplicity and fun.
Her personal experiences from childhood in Kenya consisted of a diet of grains and fresh vegetables
