Amee, an owner of Rasoi Studio, Rajkot, is a passionate young lady who has opened a cooking studio named Rasoi Studio, where young to old age people can come to learn & develop their culinary skills. She has done a specialization in Bakery & Cake Engineering. Amee got training from the best hotels like Hyatt, Radisson & Esteem in Malaysia. Her studio was inaugurated by Master chef & Padmashree Sanjeev Kapoor which was a big achievement itself.
Amee’s dream was to give recognition to all those ladies who have good culinary skills but couldn’t get proper platforms to showcase it.
For that, she started a campaign & reached the rural area of the state where she had organized many cooking competitions and gave gifts to the winners. Also published their recipes in her book.
For her commendable work & efforts she got Young Women’s Entrepreneur Award. Also achieved 5th rank in India’s Digital Chef.
Her dream for society is to empower other women through proper training.

Nona has dedicated her life to protecting maternal and child health since 1997. She is the first and currently the only non-medical doctor in the Philippines who passed the accreditation for International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2004.
A trailblazer, her professional services and advocacy established many FIRSTS in the Philippines that directly benefited hundreds of thousand of mother-child pairs. Her events were featured in local and international media like BBC, Time Magazine, Reuters and AFP, with front-page news, TV and radio stations’ coverage during primetime hours and in more than 100 websites worldwide.
Nona also promotes the consumption of indigenous fruits and vegetables and other indigenous nurturing practices. In 2011, Nona became a part of a team that spearheaded the Philippines’ Meatless Monday dubbed as Luntiang Lunes (Green Monday).

Dipna Anand is a Celebrity Chef who co-owns the famous ‘Brilliant Restaurant’ in Southall, specialising in Punjabi cuisine, showcasing some of her grandfather’s recipe dating back to 65 years. Author of the ‘Beyond Brilliant’ and ‘Dip in Brilliant’ recipe books, Dipna guest lectures at The University of West London in the subject of Indian cooking and also runs her own School of Indian Cookery in West London. Dipna carries out food demos, pop-up chef events and is currently on a mission to teach the nation how to cook ‘real Indian Food’ with her TV show Dip In Kitchen. Working alongside the Compass group as brand chef for their Punjabi food range, Dipna is now on the brink of creating her own ready meal range and special masala spces. Varsha Kumari Mistry has worked as a Forensic Practitioner with the Metropolitan Police Service in London for over 33 years.
She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide, serous crime scenes, vehicles and exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence in court.
She is also the current deputy chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both her family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.

Pritibala Bij is passionate about cooking that is her favourite hobby. She has been cooking since the age of 13 and always try out new recipes. Pritibala makes both international and authentic meals for the family. Currently she holds classes and cater for frozen and fresh meals in Naivasha., Kenya
Pritibala has trained several house girls in Naivasha to cater for the employers they work for – mostly Indian cuisine but have taught Italian and Chinese on occasion. She now holds online cookery classes ever since Corona lockdown started. She enjoys when her friends invite her to host a live cooking session of a pre-planned menu and after the session they all sit down to wine and dine on the meal. Apart from cooking Pritibala works for a vegetable export company. She is also an energy healer with a spiritual school called Pranic Healing.These days she enjoys hosting online meditations and basic exercises as well.
