Chef Amee Ganatra
Amee, an owner of Rasoi Studio, Rajkot, is a passionate young lady who has opened a cooking studio named Rasoi Studio, where young to old age people can come to learn & develop their culinary skills. She has done a specialization in Bakery & Cake Engineering. Amee got training from the best hotels like Hyatt, Radisson & Esteem in Malaysia. Her studio was inaugurated by Master chef & Padmashree Sanjeev Kapoor which was a big achievement itself.
Amee’s dream was to give recognition to all those ladies who have good culinary skills but couldn’t get proper platforms to showcase it.
For that, she started a campaign & reached the rural area of the state where she had organized many cooking competitions and gave gifts to the winners. Also published their recipes in her book.
For her commendable work & efforts she got Young Women’s Entrepreneur Award. Also achieved 5th rank in India’s Digital Chef.
Her dream for society is to empower other women through proper training.

Nona has dedicated her life to protecting maternal and child health since 1997. She is the first and currently the only non-medical doctor in the Philippines who passed the accreditation for International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2004.
A trailblazer, her professional services and advocacy established many FIRSTS in the Philippines that directly benefited hundreds of thousand of mother-child pairs. Her events were featured in local and international media like BBC, Time Magazine, Reuters and AFP, with front-page news, TV and radio stations’ coverage during primetime hours and in more than 100 websites worldwide.
Nona also promotes the consumption of indigenous fruits and vegetables and other indigenous nurturing practices. In 2011, Nona became a part of a team that spearheaded the Philippines’ Meatless Monday dubbed as Luntiang Lunes (Green Monday).
Her family thrives on a plant-based diet since 1991.

Dipna Anand is a Celebrity Chef who co-owns the famous ‘Brilliant Restaurant’ in Southall, specialising in Punjabi cuisine, showcasing some of her grandfather’s recipe dating back to 65 years. Author of the ‘Beyond Brilliant’ and ‘Dip in Brilliant’ recipe books, Dipna guest lectures at The University of West London in the subject of Indian cooking and also runs her own School of Indian Cookery in West London. Dipna carries out food demos, pop-up chef events and is currently on a mission to teach the nation how to cook ‘real Indian Food’ with her TV show Dip In Kitchen. Working alongside the Compass group as brand chef for their Punjabi food range, Dipna is now on the brink of creating her own ready meal range and special masala spces. The chef’s Brilliant Punjabi food range is available at selected events with Wembley SSE Arena, The O2, The ExCel London, Twickenham Rugby Stadium and Chelsea FC to name but a few.
Deepa Vithlani, a primary school teacher and entrepreneur, has been teaching in Brent Primary schools since 2006. Her linguistic background includes French, German and Italian. In addition to teaching, she has a part time business committed to helping families save money, which she works around while taking care of her two young children.
Deepa embarked on a holistic and spiritual journey 15 years ago after experiencing the incredible benefits of Reiki healing. She was inspired to work on her personal development and is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.

Obviously, this recipe for dazzling success can only be the fabulous Chef Nishant Choubey!
Starting his career with the Oberoi Group of Hotels in India, Chef Nishant moved to Dubai, as part of the pre-opening team of the gorgeous Madinat Jumeirah in their 3 speciality restaurants: Pierchic, Sagreto and Khaymat Al Bahar.
His belief in combining the culinary arts with sustainable practice earned him a coveted place for undergoing training at the John Folse Culinary Institute in Louisiana, USA! Amongst many many accolades, Chef Nishant won the Gold medal at Aahar in the Innovation Category!
Nishant has hosted successful pop ups based on progressive Indian cuisine worldwide: in countries like Japan, Canada, South Africa, Kenya, and Spain! And recently, at a special event, he was even invited to cook for the President of Montengro!
And in Japan, the most recent 5 star Street-food sensation is “Tokyo Mithaiwala” which is the brainchild of Chef Nishant!
Varsha Kumari Mistry has worked as a Forensic Practitioner with the Metropolitan Police Service in London for over 33 years.
She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide, serous crime scenes, vehicles and exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence in court.
She is also the current deputy chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both her family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.

Following nearly 30 years working in the city, last year, Min decided to go down another path. He teamed up with some friends to start an urban vertical farm, called Mini Herbs, based in Enfield, London. The mission of the company is to raise awareness of the power of growing locally, high quality food, created in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way and selling Michelin star quality micro herbs to restaurants. Min would like to take us on the journey he has been on for the last 12 months and further explain the wonders of micro-greens!

Bini Ludlow grew up in England, UK. She learnt traditional Gujarati cooking from her mother at the tender age of seven. A qualified teacher, Bini set up Sweet Cumin cookery school with a budget of £200. Bini’s philosophy is to pass on her knowledge to budding cooks, who want to understand the importance of using spices, trying new flavour combinations and how to create and develop their own dishes. Bini started cooking frozen ready meal curries (Bini Fine Foods Ltd) for her friends who enjoyed the delights in their own homes. She later won many regional & national awards and has sent her food to Buckingham Palace as well as cook for the ICC World Cup Cricket teams in 2019. She now supplies top end farm shops & delicatessens around the county. Her portfolio of accolades now includes numerous high-profile TV and Radio appearances (BBC, ITV and C4) as well as featuring in local and national press (The Guardian, Delicious Magazine, Crumbs Magazine).
Titled Ms India 2013, Simran is also a rising star in Bollywood with her recent debut movie ‘Zindagi Tumse’. An accomplished international Celebrity Anchor, Simran has been associated with the prestigious IIFA Awards, FILMFARE, OSCARS Academy, and many more A-list global events. She is also the recipient of India’s prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award for Anchor par excellence. Another compelling string to her bow is her talent in Folk Dance. Having won 18 consecutive Folk Dance titles in India and America Simran has also been India’s Cultural Ambassador of Folk Dance.

Ankur is a seasoned hospitality professional and an awarded sommelier, he started his career at Taj Mahal Palace and Tower, Mumbai as a Management Trainee. After graduating from Institute of Hotel Management Shimla, his quest to learn, grow and diversify has been the core driving force.
Along with many other certifications, the Level 3 in beverage studies from WSET, London has been the most challenging and rewarding certification, only a select few in India have been able to successfully complete it.
Today, Ankur, the Food and Beverages expert will share his expertise with Healing Our Earth viewers .

Pritibala Bij is passionate about cooking that is her favourite hobby. She has been cooking since the age of 13 and always try out new recipes. Pritibala makes both international and authentic meals for the family. Currently she holds classes and cater for frozen and fresh meals in Naivasha., Kenya
Pritibala has trained several house girls in Naivasha to cater for the employers they work for – mostly Indian cuisine but have taught Italian and Chinese on occasion. She now holds online cookery classes ever since Corona lockdown started. She enjoys when her friends invite her to host a live cooking session of a pre-planned menu and after the session they all sit down to wine and dine on the meal. Apart from cooking Pritibala works for a vegetable export company. She is also an energy healer with a spiritual school called Pranic Healing.These days she enjoys hosting online meditations and basic exercises as well.
