Prishni was born in Mauritius and she moved to Melbourne, Australia 11 years ago. She is a registered psychologist and she is currently employed by the Department of Education and Training where she works extensively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a member of the leadership team at her workplace, Prishni currently heads up the multidisciplinary team, consisting of speech pathologists and occupational therapists. She is also employed at a clinic on a part-time basis where she consults adults who present with complex mental health difficulties. Prishni’s work is primarily focused on helping her clients improve their overall wellbeing and maximise their potential.
Prishni is a graduate of The University of Melbourne where she completed a Master of Educational Psychology.

Amelia is a qualified Counsellor, Wellbeing Therapist, Yoga Teacher and an Instructor with MHFA England delivering their Mental Health First Aid courses.
She has a wealth of experience personally and professionally to deliver training on mental health and wellbeing, that is honest and real yet humourful and empathetic.
During her own journey of health and wellbeing over twenty years ago, she took a path that very much went on to inform the professional path she leads today. Training in a number of complementary therapies, qualifying as a yoga teacher, and also gaining an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
In early 2018 she then went on to train with MHFA England as an Instructor for the Adult Mental Health First Aid course.
From first hand experience, she knows how poor mental health can feel so dis-empowering. This is why she is passionate about mental health training and building awareness, so that we can all become empowered to lead positive healthy lives both at work and at home.

She is a graduate of the American Dental Association/Kellogg’s School of Management Institute for diversity in leadership. Her current passion is with working with healcircle.org and #KIND20.

She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide and serous crime scenes, vehicles as well as exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence at court.
She is also the current Deputy Chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met. Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both the family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.
