Prishni was born in Mauritius and she moved to Melbourne, Australia 11 years ago. She is a registered psychologist and she is currently employed by the Department of Education and Training where she works extensively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a member of the leadership team at her workplace, Prishni currently heads up the multidisciplinary team, consisting of speech pathologists and occupational therapists. She is also employed at a clinic on a part-time basis where she consults adults who present with complex mental health difficulties. Prishni’s work is primarily focused on helping her clients improve their overall wellbeing and maximise their potential.

Prishni is a graduate of The University of Melbourne where she completed a Master of Educational Psychology.

Amelia is a qualified Counsellor, Wellbeing Therapist, Yoga Teacher and an Instructor with MHFA England delivering their Mental Health First Aid courses.
She has a wealth of experience personally and professionally to deliver training on mental health and wellbeing, that is honest and real yet humourful and empathetic.
During her own journey of health and wellbeing over twenty years ago, she took a path that very much went on to inform the professional path she leads today. Training in a number of complementary therapies, qualifying as a yoga teacher, and also gaining an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
In early 2018 she then went on to train with MHFA England as an Instructor for the Adult Mental Health First Aid course.
From first hand experience, she knows how poor mental health can feel so dis-empowering. This is why she is passionate about mental health training and building awareness, so that we can all become empowered to lead positive healthy lives both at work and at home.

Dr. Dobee takes a special interest in helping the underserved children and women in her local community. On the professional front, Dr. Dobee was the Past President and Dental Health Chair of Southern Alameda County Dental Society. She is a graduate of the American Dental Association/Kellogg’s School of Management Institute for diversity in leadership. Her current passion is with working with healcircle.org and #KIND20.

Aleksandra is a versatile journalist with multi-national experience in media and corporate world, who decided to turn her passion, yoga and meditation, into a full-blown profession. She opened her first yoga school in Stuttgart, Germany. Nevertheless, she decided she needs more training in meditation and spent the following 12 years in the south of France accomplishing a strict 3-year retreat in a Tibetan Buddhist tradition, where she is receiving many teachings from great teachers, like Dalai Lama and others. She moved to London in 2017 and founded Happy Stance Yoga Therapy and cofounded Pause to Breathe, bringing the therapeutic values of yoga and meditation to those who were often left deprived of its benefits, through a lack of information, financial resources, or confidence.

Dr Nora S Vyas is an Associate Professor of mental health, scientist, and motivational speaker. She completed her PhD in psychiatry at the University of London. She teaches and conducts research in the area of child and adult psychopathology with a focus on using cognitive testing and neuroimaging techniques. She has published her research in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented at national and international conferences. In the early stages of her career, she has been the recipient of several awards in recognition of her research on schizophrenia including the US-UK Fulbright Scholar Award, Young Investigator Award by the World Congress of Biological Psychiatry, Women of the Year Award by the British Asian Achievers Award, and the Winston Churchill Fellowship, among other awards. Dr Vyas manages an Instagram account @mentalhealth_connect, which focuses on sharing motivational quotes, and inspiring the community through Instagram live events which aim to end stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness.

She trained as a Fingerprint Expert. Her work involves examining homicide and serous crime scenes, vehicles as well as exhibits in a forensic laboratory for evidence recovery purposes. She presents forensic evidence at court.
She is also the current Deputy Chairperson for the Metropolitan Police Hindu Association, which involves voluntarily offering support to the membership, Met. Police Service and communities of London. She is involved in welfare support of colleagues and promoting well-being. As a proud mother of three children, spirituality and well-being are very much at the heart of both the family and professional life for bringing out the best in all.
