Deepa Vithlani, a primary school teacher and entrepreneur, has been teaching in Brent Primary schools since 2006. Her linguistic background includes French, German and Italian. In addition to teaching, she has a part time business committed to helping families save money, which she works around while taking care of her two young children.
Deepa embarked on a holistic and spiritual journey 15 years ago after experiencing the incredible benefits of Reiki healing. She was inspired to work on her personal development and is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.

Kiran Sukhani , a nutritionist and an entrepreneur is holder of a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She Geared up her career in the fashion industry with Calvin Klein, Diesel, and finally her own fashion Brand-Ash. Her experience and deep love for fashion made her a Ramp walk model for various Indian designers. Fitness and health have fuelled her targets and achievements. She won Mrs. India 2017 which opened her ways to Mrs. Universe 2018 where she secured my position in the top 10.
Kiran’s passion for health and fitness made her to go deeper with the knowledge and benefits of food and Nutrition. She accolade with nutrition certificates from prestigious universities, Harvard University US, Oxford UK, Hong Kong University. All these certificates and her Ayurveda knowledge complemented and completed the western and eastern benefits of food. Her vision is to see the world as healthy place keeping the sustainability of earth in my mind. This perception gave birth to healthy prep meal company CALFIT.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in architecture from Pune University, India and a Masters degree in Construction management from Steven’s Institute of technology, Hoboken right across the Hudson River of New York City. And Currently Pursuing her Second Masters degree in Real Estate valuation from a distance learning Program. She has vast experience in residential and commercial projects, for 6 years in New York City and other various cities.
Jyoti has assisted award winning architects in India and collaborated with international architects MVRDV, Holland, P &G consultants Singapore. One of the feathers in her cap, is an ultra-luxurious residential project, cobranded by Swarovski lighting.
Jyoti is the founder and Principal Architect of Aryana Design Studio, in Goa India. Their firm Focuses on renovation of exciting structures, Restoration of centuries old Portuguese Homes, Designing Restaurants, Theme cafes and boutique hotels is their Forte.

Saroj is an ITEC qualified Beauty Therapist for 30+ years. Whilst being a mother of 3 children, she has sustained a successful Salon from home. She carries out a variety of treatments and specialises in skin care. She has been using Sothy’s skin care products for over 20 years and her faith in these products have strengthened with excellent results for her clients. Saroj enjoys serving her clients to help them in their self-care skin routine on their journey to maintain youthful and healthy skin.
She will be talking about the importance of why we should have a daily skin care routine. This will include a demonstration of skin care routines with relevant skin care products and methods of use.

Thriving during the Pandemic and Strategies for Improving Mental Health
Dr Nora S Vyas is an Associate Professor of mental health, scientist, and motivational speaker. She completed her PhD in psychiatry at the University of London. She has published her research in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented at national and international conferences. In the early stages of her career, she has been the recipient of several awards in recognition of her research on schizophrenia including the US-UK Fulbright Scholar Award, Young Investigator Award by the World Congress of Biological Psychiatry, Women of the Year Award by the British Asian Achievers Award, and the Winston Churchill Fellowship, among other awards. Dr Vyas manages an Instagram account @mentalhealth_connect, which focuses on sharing motivational quotes, and inspiring the community through Instagram live events which aim to end stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness.
