Tina Parmar of Calm Chakra Yoga has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years and is passionate about the mental & physical wellbeing in adults and the younger generation. With anxiety and fear common in today’s world, her aim is to teach yoga, and apply skills taught – on & off the mat through focus of the mind, breath control through asanas.
