Himanshu Mehta is a successful businessman, very passionately involved in Yoga for 40 years. He has been advance practitioner of Hatha Yog by Shri BKS Iyengar Guruji,  Shri Yogendraji,  Dr.Jaydev & Hansaba, Shivanand, Bikram, Shri Pattabhi Jois.  

Since last 8 years as Kar Seva ,he has been giving free coaching sessions of Suryanamaskars, Yoga & Pranayam every Saturday. For elderly people he devised Chair Suryanamaskars (primarily for his mother) and devised a unique and slowest form of Suryanamskar with Chakra meditation on Mantra music in Panchmahabhoot, the first of its kind Globally. 

While pursuing course on Philosophy & Psychology of Yoga he wrote a thesis which turned out the best ever written by any student in the 35 years of course. He is a Social activist in managing Beach & Beach Gardens, creation of Yoga Park. He keeps cultivating new hobbies like Golfing , riding his Harley Motorcycle, Paragliding, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Gymnastics, Aerial Yoga, Salsa, TRX, Martial Arts, Malkhamb.

Uma Bhalla, National Yoga Teachers coordinator from Toronto, Canada has personally experienced many benefits that Yog-Pranayam (based on Swami Ramdevji’s teachings) provides. She feels more energetic and alert throughout the day. Thereby days are more efficient, effective and productive. This new way of healthy living has been a life changing experience. Since 2007 she has graciously volunteered many hours of her time teaching others the controlled breathing techniques. Uma has instructed many Free Yog classes and conducted several interactive Power of Breath workshops throughout North America. Uma has helped in Assistant Yog Teachers (Level I) Training to train hundreds of yog instructors in GTA and across Canada. Libby Edson is the founder and director of YoMIND, a program developed by her, that combines yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience education and social emotional learning.  She has been teaching yoga in the schools for 28 years, and formally through the YoMIND program for the last decade.  She has provided in person instruction to school educators, parents , community members and over  14,000 students, ages pre-k through college, including national Championship college athletic teams, at risk youth and special education students.
