Himanshu Mehta is a successful businessman, very passionately involved in Yoga for 40 years. He has been advance practitioner of Hatha Yog by Shri BKS Iyengar Guruji, Shri Yogendraji, Dr.Jaydev & Hansaba, Shivanand, Bikram, Shri Pattabhi Jois.
Since last 8 years as Kar Seva ,he has been giving free coaching sessions of Suryanamaskars, Yoga & Pranayam every Saturday. For elderly people he devised Chair Suryanamaskars (primarily for his mother) and devised a unique and slowest form of Suryanamskar with Chakra meditation on Mantra music in Panchmahabhoot, the first of its kind Globally.
While pursuing course on Philosophy & Psychology of Yoga he wrote a thesis which turned out the best ever written by any student in the 35 years of course. He is a Social activist in managing Beach & Beach Gardens, creation of Yoga Park. He keeps cultivating new hobbies like Golfing , riding his Harley Motorcycle, Paragliding, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Gymnastics, Aerial Yoga, Salsa, TRX, Martial Arts, Malkhamb.

Sister Jayanti is Additional Administrative Head of the Brahma Kumaris. She is also the Director of Brahma Kumaris activities in Europe and the Middle East. As a spiritual teacher for over 50 years, she has dedicated her life to self-transformation and service to humanity. Sister Jayanti is the Brahma Kumaris representative to the UN in Geneva.She continues to champion the co-operative role of spiritual organisations in creating a just and peaceful world, bringing spiritual principles to the discussion tables of politicians, economists, business leaders, scientists and nearly every stakeholder of our times. Dr Honey Kalaria is a mind body soul coach and an award-winning creative dance expert with over 35 years of experience in the field of art, culture & entertainment.
Honey has been a spiritual seeker and meditator since she was a teenager, and regularly practices Samarpan Meditation which is part of Dhyan Yoga, taught by the Himalayan yogi Shiv Krupanand Swami. She has enjoyed studying many spiritual disciplines and yogic sciences ranging from Raja Yoga taught by Brahma Kumaris, Art of Living by Ravi Shankar, Vipassana by Goenka, Isha Kriya by Sadguru, Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan, Vedantic Spiritual practices as taught by Chinmaya Mission, as well as other Western practices such as Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation. She believes it is important to self-reflect, contemplate and grow spiritually to become a better human being.

Dr Rajeev Gupta is a qualified medical doctor with 26 years’ experience in National Health Service United Kingdom. He has been Chairman of the Regional Council of BMA and Regional Consultants Committee and is currently Chairman of Central Specialist Committee of the Royal College.
He is a qualified yoga teacher and has taught yoga to several hundred doctors. He has been appointed chief medical advisor for Patanjali UK.
Dr Gupta’ s dedication to learn so intricate details and share these with hundreds of online yoga attendees has been commendable. He is passionate for integrating Conventional Medicine with other disciplines including Ayurveda, Yoga, Homeopathy, Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Acupressure, and many others disciplines of complementary and alternative therapy.
He believes, “Yoga is a way of life which certainly contributes to the health and happiness, so why not use in daily life”.

Sam was born in India 1953 and moved to UK at a young age. He Qualified as a civil engineer and expanded into the healthcare sector , establishing care homes for up to 500 people across Scotland. In 2006 he met Swami Ramdev Ji & Acharya Balkrishna Ji in the UK. Further to his training , Sam was appointed as Patanjali’s Yog Peeth International Teacher Coordinator .
Over the years , he has taught over 10,000 Yoga Teacher’s worldwide . In 2008 Sam donated a private Island to Patanjali Yog Peeth creating Scotlands first yoga retreat and centre . Since the pandemic hit , Sam has continuously taken free daily online yoga classes and gained thousands of followers.

Uma Bhalla, National Yoga Teachers coordinator from Toronto, Canada has personally experienced many benefits that Yog-Pranayam (based on Swami Ramdevji’s teachings) provides. She feels more energetic and alert throughout the day. Thereby days are more efficient, effective and productive. This new way of healthy living has been a life changing experience. Since 2007 she has graciously volunteered many hours of her time teaching others the controlled breathing techniques. Uma has instructed many Free Yog classes and conducted several interactive Power of Breath workshops throughout North America. Uma has helped in Assistant Yog Teachers (Level I) Training to train hundreds of yog instructors in GTA and across Canada. Uma has served as a member of fundraising committee for different charities.
Teaching and practicing these powerful breathing techniques have been very rewarding and a healthy experience for her. YoMIND: Yoga, Mindfulness and Nuerocience education in schools
Libby Edson is the founder and director of YoMIND, a program developed by her, that combines yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience education and social emotional learning. She has been teaching yoga in the schools for 28 years, and formally through the YoMIND program for the last decade. She has provided in person instruction to school educators, parents , community members and over 14,000 students, ages pre-k through college, including national Championship college athletic teams, at risk youth and special education students.
