Riddhi qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher at the Sivananda vedantic centre and has since developed a passion for yoga, philosophy and psychology. She further trained as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and was fascinated by how teachings from Vedic scriptures and pranayama have influenced western psychology.
She regularly shares her wellness knowledge and practical experience with professionals of all ages and backgrounds providing strategies for emotional resilience, by boosting their natural happiness levels and guiding her clients to be deeply energised and relaxed for better work life balance.
Riddhi has also spoken at the British Parliament, Ministry of Defence, corporate law firms, as well as various radio stations and various universities across the UK with the single aim to rise as conscious leaders.

Dr Lakshmi Vyas is Chair of Hindu Forum Europe and European Women’s Faith Leader with Religion for Peace. She works with European Council of Religious Leaders and several prestigious Organisation in UK and Europe She is a visiting Professor at American University of sovereign Nations and former Principal of Elphinstone College Mumbai. She has authored three books and several research papers in reputed magazines and journals.

He is the founder of ‘Sanatan Sanstha of UK’, a scholar with expertise and extensive research into vedas. When he isn’t busy with the children, he is practising yoga and meditation. Namely he has been practicing kundalini Yogi for 8 years. He loves to do talks on Spirituality & Benefits of Meditation.

Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Dr Honey Kalaria is a mind body soul coach and an award-winning creative dance expert with over 35 years of experience in the field of art, culture & entertainment. 

Honey has been a spiritual seeker and meditator since she was a teenager, and regularly practices Samarpan Meditation which is part of Dhyan Yoga, taught by the Himalayan yogi Shiv Krupanand Swami. She has enjoyed studying many spiritual disciplines and yogic sciences ranging from Raja Yoga taught by Brahma Kumaris, Art of Living by Ravi Shankar, Vipassana by Goenka, Isha Kriya by Sadguru, Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan, Vedantic Spiritual practices as taught by Chinmaya Mission, as well as other Western practices such as Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation. She believes it is important to self-reflect, contemplate and grow spiritually to become a better human being.
