Riddhi qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher at the Sivananda vedantic centre and has since developed a passion for yoga, philosophy and psychology. She further trained as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and was fascinated by how teachings from Vedic scriptures and pranayama have influenced western psychology.
She regularly shares her wellness knowledge and practical experience with professionals of all ages and backgrounds providing strategies for emotional resilience, by boosting their natural happiness levels and guiding her clients to be deeply energised and relaxed for better work life balance.
Riddhi has also spoken at the British Parliament, Ministry of Defence, corporate law firms, as well as various radio stations and various universities across the UK with the single aim to rise as conscious leaders.

Founder and Secretariat at All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Indian Traditional Sciences, Amarjeet is a prominent lecturer, practitioner and author on India’s Traditional Sciences. He has been instrumental in ensuring Ayurveda remains at the heart of the soft power alliances between India and the UK. On 18th April 2018, he oversaw the launch of a new Yoga Centre of Excellence and Indian Traditional Medicine by HRH Prince Charles and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a first-of-its kind global network for evidence-based research on Yoga and Ayurveda.

Dr Rajeev Gupta is a qualified medical doctor with 26 years’ experience in National Health Service United Kingdom. He has been chairman of the Regional Council of BMA and Regional Consultants Committee and is Chairman of Central Specialist Committee of the Royal College.
He is a yoga teacher, has an interest in complementary and alternative medicine, and is the Master Mind keen on integrating Conventional Medicine with other disciplines. He believes that no branch or discipline is perfect and has the cure for all ailments, working together we can help the patients a lot more, particularly if we understand the benefits and weaknesses of different disciplines of medicines.
Outside medicine, he is a professional life coach and award-winning entrepreneur. He is keen on digital world and has created a Superchatpal Digital Sales Assistant which received International Hermes Platinum Award. He has mastered Emotional Intelligence and his book “Business use of Emotional Intelligence” is quite popular.

By conducting free yoga sessions, her goal is to promote physical health and mental well-being. Her yoga group is called Smile With Yoga. The main motto of her yoga session is to create a happy, healthy smiling community.
Within this span of Pandemic 24 months, Smile With Yoga has donated to various charities like Breast cancer charity UK, Children charity UK, Various Covid crisis funds, and Project WHY In Delhi working with slum children

Reema is a track II diplomacy professional with over a decade’s experience working in academia, Arts and philanthropy across continents. She is a Fellow at UCL’s Institute for Strategy, Resilience and Security (ISRS) since 2011; and in early 2022 was appointed a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) for her contribution to the Arts and third sector. 
She began her spiritual sadhana at the age of four under the guidance of her guru and grandfather. Reema is the first individual in history to recite siddha mantras in UK Parliament at the Palace of Westminster. She has been a practitioner of Kriya and Ashtanga yoga for three decades, learning Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras in India. She is active with Gujarat Ayurved University and is passionate about conservation in the Anthropocene, spending her recreational time promoting heritage and conservation projects in South Asia and Central America. She is a life member of the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH).

Honey has been a spiritual seeker and meditator since she was a teenager, and regularly practices Samarpan Meditation which is part of Dhyan Yoga, taught by the Himalayan yogi Shiv Krupanand Swami. She has enjoyed studying many spiritual disciplines and yogic sciences ranging from Raja Yoga taught by Brahma Kumaris, Art of Living by Ravi Shankar, Vipassana by Goenka, Isha Kriya by Sadguru, Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan, Vedantic Spiritual practices as taught by Chinmaya Mission, as well as other Western practices such as Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation. She believes it is important to self-reflect, contemplate and grow spiritually to become a better human being.
