Deepa Vithlani, primary school teacher, entrepreneur and mum of 2 has been teaching in Brent Primary schools since 2006. She has a passion for the Early Years, Languages and Well-being. She regularly incorporates meditations and mindfulness in her teaching. Her linguistic background includes French, German and Italian. In addition to teaching she has a part time business committed to helping families save money which she works around taking care of her two young children.
Deepa embarked on a holistic and spiritually journey around 15 years ago when she experienced the incredible benefits or Reiki healing and worked on her own personal development to become attuned to Reiki Level 2.  Since then she has actively sought to learn about and experience holistic and spiritual healing alongside her children through crystals, tuning, sound meditation and more. She feels privileged to be a part of a network that fosters growth, spiritual awakening and healing through various but equally valuable methods.Host Introdution

Riddhi trained at the Sivananda yoga centre and developed a passion, yoga for mental health. 
After further research into the mind body connection, she studied hypnosis and hypnotherapy as well as stress management and resilience building. She was fascinated by how teachings from Vedic scriptures and pranayama have influenced western psychology. 
Working in the mental health legal field, she regularly shares the practical teachings of yoga with professionals of all ages and backgrounds, providing a helping hand to step up and further their potential both personally and professionally. 
Riddhi also spoken at the British Parliament, Ministry of Defence, BBC Asian, NuSound Radio and various universities across the country with the single aim to rise as conscious leaders.

Sandhya started yoga practice at the age of 21 under Manoj Kaimal (her husband). She completed Manasa School’s first Yoga Teacher Training program in 2001.
She also routinely engaged and trained under Shri Patabbhi Jois directly and at the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Institution in Pune, the most famous yoga teachers in modern times.
She started teaching yoga at the Manasa Yoga School in Malaysia in 2001, and later went on to teach at many corporates and educational institutions.
Under auspices of Procter and Gamble she took workshops in all the universities in Malaysia on empowering women using tools of yoga
She has written articles in major news papers, and has done many yoga series on Astro TV, TV 3 etc of Malaysia, as well as across different Malayalam TV channels. Newspapers such as Hindu, Indian Express have also featured her.

Natasha Chawla has been a student of Indic philosophies for almost two decades and practicing yoga since 2008. A highly qualified yoga teacher and practitioner her studies of philosophy and asana have taken her all over India,  and she brings this learning and tradition into the class. Be it history or philosophy, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra or meditation, classes are tailored to the group or individual.
Natasha has an M.A. in the Religions of Asia and embarking on her PhD researching an interesting combination: Hinduism and the environment.
Today, Natasha will be taking us through the ‘Five Tibetan Rites’, a yoga sequence considered to be over 2,500 years old.

Gorkem is a physiotherapist and a yoga instructor known for the point of view he provided to Asana Posture Practice of Yoga. He has done courses with yoga instructors about the natural development and the flow of movement in human body and how &why it becomes restricted over time. Especially his interpretation of the yin-yang balance on the components of motor development and its application on human body brings in so much interest to his courses and trainings.
His approach originates from the unique, effortless development principles of the movement in infants regardless of gender, race or religion; underlying the idea of Unity of Nature and Human. Those universal principles of human motor development forms the core of his teachings.

Rohit Kumar is the the founder of Sanatana Yog Sandesh. He comes from Bihar, India and holds an M.A. (Master in English Language and Literature) and LL.B. (Bachelor in Law) from Indian Universities. Literature, Metaphysics, Tantra and Yoga have been matters of interest in his life since young age. In the professional standard of Yoga education, he is an ERYT 500 Hours.

Several complicated health issues, some tangible experiences of life and many questions about life as a growing youth, brought Rohit into Yoga. Rohit says, “I received great help through Yoga in many ways and even now I live because of Yoga”. Continuous practice of Yoga and academic studies – both went hand in hand. With a lot of inner conflicts regarding which way to follow, eventually he went ahead with Yoga. Having started Yoga classes at Yoga Sansthan (a Yoga Ashram) in his hometown, BegusaraiBihar, on invitation he visited several places to disseminate the principles of Yoga along with its practices. 

In 2016 he journeyed to Europe where being resident in Sweden he travelled for classes to many countries of European Union such as NetherlandsGermany etc. of which Germany was one of the most successful of all his tours as his classes there, on Kriya Yoga were held in higher esteems. Rohit admits about himself – “I am but a Yogabhyasi (Yoga practitioner) only and never a teacher. I serve without reserve my experiences of the practices up to my level.”

Kristina, originally from Slovenia, has rediscovered her passion for yoga in Tanzania. She has received training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, continuing her education by attending workshops and seminars, and now specializing in Yoga for women. She is organizing yoga retreats in Tanzania and offering different workshops for everyone to discover how beneficial and empowering yoga is.

Teaching in Tanzania has been her calling for over 6 years, and together with her students she started Seaview Yoga, a magical space where people meet and share their experience, learning from each other, practicing yoga under the stars, with the sounds of the ocean, passing flock of birds, and ending each class with a rising moon.

Shivali has been a longstanding member of the volunteer staff at a weekend Community School in London: the Sai School of Harrow. Her outstanding commitment was nationally recognized when she was awarded the ‘Princess Diana Award’ for Voluntary Service.  Shivali is also an integral member of the ‘Diwali in London’ Committee which works in conjunction with the Mayor of London to ensure that the Diwali in London event remains one of the flagship cultural events of London every year. Most recently, Shivali won the ‘Inspiring Asian Women’s award ‘for being an Inspirational Role model. Her motto in life is, “If my children see me do something good for others, I hope this will inspire them to do the same, to improve future generations!”
