Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Himanshu Mehta is a successful businessman, very passionately involved in Yoga since 40 years. He has been advance practitioner of Hatha Yog by Shri BKS Iyengar Guruji, Shri Yogendraji, Dr.Jaydev & Hansaba, Shivanand, Bikram, Shri Pattabhi Jois.  

From last 7 years as Kar Seva ,he has been giving free coaching sessions of Suryanamaskars, Yoga & Pranayam every Saturday. For elderly people he devised Chair Suryanamaskars (primarily for his mother) and also devised a unique and slowest form of Suryanamskar with Chakra meditation on Mantra music in Panchmahabhoot, the first of its kind Globally. 

While pursuing course on Philosophy & Psychology of Yoga he wrote a thesis which turned out the best ever written by any student in the 35 years of course. 

He is a Social activist in managing Beach & Beach Gardens, creation of Yoga Park. He keeps cultivating new hobbies like Golfing , riding his Harley Motorcycle, Paragliding, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Gymnastics, Aerial Yoga, Salsa, TRX, Martial Arts, Malkhamb.

 Integral Yoga and Planetary Awakening

Kiara Windrider is an author, healer and therapist. He has trained in various forms of bodywork, breathwork, hypnotherapy, and shamanic healing. Kiara is an avid science researcher, exploring connections between galactic cycles, climate change, ancient history, quantum physics, human behaviour and spiritual awakening. He is currently focused on planetary healing using a system of anchoring divine light known as Ilahinoor.

He also teaches Inka shamanic practices, into which he was initiated by Don Juan Nunez del Prado. Kiara has worked with Egyptian, Huna and Sufi traditions, and is also rooted in Integral Yoga and the Advaita traditions of India.

The theme of this presentation will be Integral Yoga, presenting possibilities for integrating the fullness of human potential in our journey of personal and planetary awakening. We will end with a practice for facilitating this integration.

Kiara travels extensively, and is the author of several books, including Gaia Luminous, Homo Luminous, and Issa: Son of the Sun.

Nada Yoga – The Power of Sacred Sound

Shanti Shivani is a singer/nada yogini/sound healer, internationally acclaimed seminar leader and recording artist. She is one of the few Western pioneers bringing the sacred traditions of Nada Yoga and Dhrupad, the most ancient style of Hindustani classical music, to the West. She brings a wealth of vocal, meditative and movement  experience to her classes. Since 1981, Shanti has been the disciple or parampara student of the premier family of the Dhrupad lineage, the Dagar family, who has been passing on the Dhrupad tradition for twenty generations.
On her quest for healing and self-realization through sound, she also studied with renowned Western musicians and sound healers such as Fabien Maman of the Academy of Sound, Colour and Movement. Frédérick Leboyer, the father of natural childbirth, with whom she collaborated for several years, was a key mentor for her, as he helped her understand the profound connection between voice, breath and movement.
Shanti also dedicated herself to learning different forms of movement disciplines (Hatha Yoga, Wholistic Body/Mind training, Qi Gong, Wu Chi, Tao Yin Fa, Unity in Motion) with acclaimed Asian, European and American teachers.
