Seema was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Her culinary interests developed at an early age founded on a family food business. Extensive travels in Africa, India and South East Asia have allowed her to follow her culinary passion and grow her knowledge on the effects of food on the mind and body. Using secret skills handed down from grandmother to granddaughter with the belief that you are what you eat she draws from the ancient practices of Ayurveda and Mayan wisdom, curating healing spice blends, immunity enhancing yogic teas, self care prescriptions and other wellbeing foods. Ones thought process and method breathing  can positively or negatively impact ones mental and physical health. Seema is a qualified Breath, Water & Sound teacher with The Art of Living.
Her intertwine of diet, breath work, meditation and self care prescriptions nourish the mind, body and soul and put one on a journey of greater wellbeing allowing one to live their  life to the fullest. Seema has successfully shared her skills and knowledge with corporates and individuals over many years in Hong Kong and Singapore and is now based in Oxford.

Enssell David is a singer and dancer, born in Venezuela on February 20th, 1993. He enjoys teaching Restorative Yoga among different gyms in Cusco Peru, such as Premiere Gym, and doing morning meditations home. And sharing the benefits of Yoga and Meditation with friends and students.
During his teen years won several local and school, high school and university competitions on Margarita Island, where he used to live. Before moving to Ecuador, and after Peru, where did the same, and then singing and dancing among different groups and bands. Enssell performs nowadays at Disco Mala Fama as dancer and host. And teaches English and Spanish. He is graduated from Peter’s Language Institute as English and Spanish professor. He also does studies among different Asian languages such as Korean, Nepali, and Hindi; and can speak Chinese.

Rashmi Vyas, from Leicester, has been practising the art of yoga for several years. After experiencing the fruits of yoga herself she was inspired to learn it and be able to reach out to the masses.
Rashmi qualified with a registered yoga school Chandra Yoga in Rishikesh in 2017 and has never looked back. Her style of yoga incorporates Hatha and Astanga including meditation, pranayama and asanas for all. She is currently offering group and individual classes.
Rashmi recently joined Leicestershire police and has worked in broadcasting media. She is well known in the community and has been secretary of Leicestershire Brahma Samaj, also stood as a Conservative candidate (for the local council elections 2015). Her other interests include singing and is a member of a Barbershop choir Heart Of England.

In 2006 he met Swami Ramdev Ji & Acharya Balkrishna Ji in the UK. Further to his training , Sam was appointed as Patanjali’s Yog Peeth International Teacher Coordinator .

Over the years , he has taught over 10,000 Yoga Teacher’s worldwide . In 2008 Sam donated a private Island to Patanjali Yog Peeth creating Scotlands first yoga retreat and centre . Since the pandemic hit , Sam has continuously taken free daily online yoga classes and gained thousands of followers.

Alana Lee began her journey in movement at the age of 3 with dance which then evolved into gymnastic, diving, cheerleading and partner acrobatics. Alana took her first yoga class at the age of twelve. Through yoga she was able to overcome many challenges that she had faced in her athletic career and learned to connect to herself and love her body.
Alana has been teaching movement and meditation for over 20 years to all ages and levels. She has led workshops in Yoga and Fitness all over the world and is certified in 20 different formats and modalities including hatha, vinyasa flow, power yoga,  kids yoga, Cardio Flow, Aerial yoga, Pilates, Acro Yoga and many more
