Lalit Sodha, D.C. graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto, Canada in 1990.He also qualified with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the Masters Program in Whiplash Injuries (1994), hence has a keen interest in treating patients with whiplash injuries. Lalit Sodha, D.C. also prepares medical-legal reports for insurance companies and their patients.

Over the years, he has had the privilege of treating numerous singers, dancers and performers at Wembley Arena before and after performances.

Himanshu Mehta is a successful businessman, very passionately involved in Yoga since 40 years and active from 12 years. He has been advance practitioner of Hatha Yog by Shri BKS Iyengar Guruji, Shri Yogendraji, Dr.Jaydev & Hansaba, Shivanand, Bikram, Shri Pattabhi Jois.  

From last 7 years as Kar Seva ,he has been giving free coaching sessions of Suryanamaskars, Yoga & Pranayam every Saturday. For elderly people he devised Chair Suryanamaskars (primarily for his mother) and also devised a unique and slowest form of Suryanamskar with Chakra meditation on Mantra music in Panchmahabhoot, the first of its kind Globally. 

While pursuing course on Philosophy & Psychology of Yoga he wrote a thesis which turned out the best ever written by any student in the 35 years of course. 

Himanshu is very much Indebted to city of London, where story of his miracle twins (sons) got created and will be soon published. He is a Social activist in managing Beach & Beach Gardens, creation of Yoga Park. 

He keeps cultivating new hobbies like Golfing , riding his Harley Motorcycle, Paragliding, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Gymnastics, Aerial Yoga, Salsa, TRX, Martial Arts, Malkhamb.

Amarjit Kaur Doowa, from Thailand, an educator her whole life, is currently doing her PhD in Ayur Yoga: Counseling and Total Wellness, and has been practising and guiding experiential meditation, for the past 25 years. She has been a Sikh religious leader and speaker at religious institutes worldwide (in all continents) and conducted youth and family programs/camps for over 25 years. Breathing and asana techniques to beat the pandemic

For Bejal, like many, she came to yoga focusing purely on the asana, or the physical side of the discipline. But, over time, she has reaped the mental benefits, and deepened my spiritual understanding. Ultimately, following Patanjali’s eight-limbed path (as set out in The Yoga Sutras, upon which all classical yoga is based), yoga leads to liberation, or Samadhi, where the soul and mind are in equal balance.
While Samadhi may seem too unquantifiable a context for most of us to grasp, practising yoga (including meditation) can bring many benefits to modern life, but she will focus on the ones that hooked her. Firstly, the asanas make you strong and flexible, working the body from the inside out, starting with the breath. Secondly, the breath gives you a focus throughout your practise, grounding you and transforming it into a moving meditation as you flow from posture to posture. And thirdly, yoga forces you to slow down, be present and turn your gaze inwards. Over time, as one practises, one begins to learn that all you need to be happy is within you. That in itself is a very powerful thing. 
In today’s session she will be focusing on prana practice moving into Asana flow.

Yoga is the best gift that Mehul has received in his lifetime. Amongst many other things, it has helped to make him healthier, happier, stronger and calmer.

Mehul wants everyone to enjoy these benefits that yoga brings, so in 2012 he quit his 23 year career in I.T. to become a full-time yoga teacher. Prior to that he conducted research in Physics at Imperial College, from where he has been awarded a PhD.

Mehul has played an active role in spreading yoga in the community over the years, which includes frequent appearances on the live TV programme, Zee Companion.

Kamu has been practicing Yoga for the last 15 years on and off. She became an instructor about 8 years back. Kamu runs her own business in UK, a Tour operator company called Golden Tours and she an Accountant by profession. Yoga is her passion and she wants to give all she can to the participants.
Kamu has been teaching yoga in a very authentic way and also specialize in Breathing, Asanas, Chakras, and Mudras. Mudras are done with the fingertips of both hands and brings amazing results in the very acute disease and small ailments. Some mudras can bring results within minutes and some take a bit longer. They are good for participants who are not very flexible or mobile due to their illness or inflexibility or because they had an operation or surgery.
Mudras can be done any time, some of course have special times but generally can be done at all times. And you don’t have to wait for three hours after the meals!!!

Rashmi Vyas, from Leicester, has been practising the art of yoga for several years. After experiencing the fruits of yoga herself she was inspired to learn it and be able to reach out to the masses.
Rashmi qualified with a registered yoga school Chandra Yoga in Rishikesh in 2017 and has never looked back. Her style of yoga incorporates Hatha and Astanga including meditation, pranayama and asanas for all. She is currently offering group and individual classes.
Rashmi recently joined Leicestershire police and has worked in broadcasting media. She is well known in the community and has been secretary of Leicestershire Brahma Samaj, also stood as a Conservative candidate (for the local council elections 2015). Her other interests include singing and is a member of a Barbershop choir Heart Of England.
