(evident in this pandemic).
Bhavini is a lifestyle strategist and international wellness consultant. She is a Cornell MBA/Law graduate who is now doing wellness business consulting & innovation. Ms Kalan works at wellness resorts around the world, and does consulting to clients with autoimmune disorders. She teaches at yoga festivals, retreats, and events globally. She has trained in several yoga lineages (Sivananda Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini Kriya); and ayurveda lifestyle studies.
During this pandemic, it is evident that movement is limited. Yoga and pranayama combined with ayurveda can boost immunity and vitality. Today, Bhavini will teach a yoga sequence/therapy for both physical and mental wellbeing, and pranayama to increase the heat in the body, taking into consideration different climates. Viruses do not survive in bodies with good warm circulation. Find your authentic practice with Bhavini

Therapeutic Application of YOG and Psycho-Somatic Problems
Shammi Gupta, a Lifelong Yoga Practitioner, Yoga Mentor, Lifestyle Coach & Consultant, Healer, Yoga Therapist & Naturopath is director of Shammi’s Yogalaya. She works passionately on the theme, ‘Healing with Alignment’ with a believe that ‘Imbalance’ is the only cause of all miseries.
Shammi has worked extensively with patients, athletes, corporates, dancers, students, celebrities, industrialists, Bollywood stars, NGOs etc. and has been instrumental in bringing positive and rewarding changes in their lives. She is a member of ‘All Ladies League’ and part of ‘The Economic Times Woman Forum’.
The convenience living, sedentary lifestyle, postural mismanagement and overload of unfiltered information has rendered us an imbalanced living pattern, creating multiple psychosomatic issues. YOGIC application can be the best solution of initiating one into a mind-body unity as foundational step before taking them onto the final journey of Self-Realization.
